Home Based Business and your spouse
The biggest advantage that comes from running your own home based business, says Stacy Williams, “is the lifestyle it allows us and our employees to have”. Stacy runs her home based business with husband Matt Williams. Both work from home, and both enjoy it thoroughly. Their six part time staff also have the advantage of telecommuting (which fits around their individual lifestyles) and everyone meets virtually via a number of online tools to discuss the business.
Running a home based business with a spouse might sound like a very bad nightmare to some, but the Williams love it: “We’re working together toward the same goals in both our personal and professional lives”. The home based business has been running since 2001 from their base in Atlanta Georgia, so they must be doing something right! Matt’s view on the husband/wife thing is simple: “who can you trust as your business partner more than your spouse?”
